The Only Complaint About doxo: It Makes Bill Paying Too Easy

The doxo system was developed and the company founded a decade ago. The concept was created in Seattle by tech giants and venture capitalists, including someone who is both: Jeff Bezos of Amazon. His Bezos Expeditions was in on the founding of doxo. At the heart of this system is the notion that paying bills is a necessary chore, but it should be a lot easier and provide bill payers with more control. Since then, the leaders at doxo have worked to expand their network of billers substantially, to include a wide range of industries. Companies have been joining the doxo network for years now, because they believe it is important to help customers pay bills. To date, nearly 50,000 billers have joined, which means nearly anyone can pay their bills with doxo and do so safely and securely.

Using doxo means consumers are no longer have to deal with one of their most common complaints, which is often sorely outdated billing systems used by some companies. There is more, though; the doxo system starts protecting you from the very beginning, with a login system that uses a username and password, as well as a security question and image. Every stage of the login process appears on a new screen, which makes things far more difficult for hackers. The entire site is protected with bank-level security throughout, as is the phone and tablet app.

A decade after its launch, doxo has millions of users and hundreds of companies have joined in to make bill paying far easier than ever before. Consumers no longer have to juggle many online accounts and to have to navigate poorly designed websites that seem to make it difficult to pay a bill, which used to be another common complaint. Anyone can pay nearly any bill at home using their PC, or via their smart phone or tablet if they’re not at home.
